Real Madrid’s youth academy has a long tradition of identifying talent very early on and forming talented youngsters into complete soccer players with the ultimate goal of having them compete at the highest professional level. Current Real Madrid professionals who went through the youth teams of the club include world stars Raul Gonzalez, Iker Casillas, and Guti.
The Real Madrid Academies in the U.S.A. will carry the same philosophy as the youth academy in Madrid: To develop the complete soccer player. Special emphasis is placed on developing excellent technical skills as well as outstanding tactical ability enabling the players to create and “read” the game as it unfolds.
Training of the technical and tactical soccer skills will be complemented with superb fitness training in the areas of:
